At the same time, it offers (depending on the platform) a global reach to the targeted job contacts. It also provides access to exclusive headhunter jobs that do not appear on the public job market. The contacts are made discreetly. At the same time, initial feedback on the applicant\u2019s\u00a0 own profile and market value can be obtained during the interviews, which are based on the recruiter&#8217;s contact requests.<\/p>\n<p>Special advantages arise from the fact that job seekers can build up a network of recruiters. Personally or via the respective platform, they can repeatedly involve the recruiters in the further career process. In favorable cases, the headhunter or the recruiting HR manager promotes the candidate&#8217;s profile in the company. This encourages the creation of a suitable position in the company in order to bind the positively assessed potential of the applicant to the company in the long term.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ml-larger mr-sm-5 little-right text-box curved-edge bg-white mb-4 d-flex flex-column\">\n<div class=\"d-flex flex-row align-items-center\">\n<div class=\"p-5 w-100 editor-text\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: aria-level=\"1\"><b>Acceleration <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of the process of recruitment<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Intensification of communication <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with recruiters via the platforms<\/span><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Expansion <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of the spectrum<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of promising<\/span><b> communication partners\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>more <\/b><span style=\"font-weight:
